Emergency Repairs

  1. If there is immediate danger to people or property, all Owners have a responsibility to mitigate (minimise) any loss to your own property and to the Common Property of the Owners Corporation.
  2. If you cannot contact the office on 9387 7311 contact a member of your Executive Committee.
  3. If you do not know who is on the committee, ask another Owner in the building.
  4. If the matter is very urgent, or you cannot find a member of the Executive Committee, please call a qualified tradesman or contractor for assistance.
